The Egyptian community in South Africa and the club’s fans in the country celebrated the team’s qualification to the CAF Champions League semi-finals on Saturday.

The fans welcomed Al Ahly’s players upon their arrival in their residency in Pretoria.

Al Ahly’s delegation will leave South Africa on Sunday, heading to Qatar as the team will face RS Berkane of Morocco in the CAF Super Cup on 28 May.
